Whether that’s levelling up your cardio, your technique or your fight IQ, if you don’t put in the time to work on your Muay Thai, your wishes will just end up a dream.

During the month of November we want help you reach these improvement goals by ensuring you put in the time by coming to Lotus!

On the poster at Lotus, write your weekly attendance goal for November. Just like in the past, manually check in on the poster every time to attend class.

At the end of November the people who have successfully met their attendance goals will have their name entered to win one of three 1-month Gold Memberships or a PT with Charles!

RULES:

  • You can not sandbag. Your attendance goal must be more than your regular weekly attendance prior to November
  • Your attendance intentions must be written before November 1, 2024.
  • Winners must use the Gold Membership or book at PT in December 2024 or January 2025.

You can’t level up your Muay Thai without recovering properly!

Join Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner, former NCAA tennis player & Trained Culinary Professional, Kenzie Osborne, to uncover the basics of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. In this workshop, you’ll learn the unique roles of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins in terms of physical performance, recovery, and overall health. Throughout the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to share their favourite post-workout (recovery) meals which Kenzie will then modify and convert into a Lotus Post-Workout Recipe Booklet! Don’t miss your opportunity to gain clarity and confidence around nutrition & macros – and have your say in which recipes are added to our very own Lotus Recipe Booklet!

After the workshop, you will also have the option to join Kenzie and continue the conversation about nutrition for recovery at a group lunch at Impact Kitchen. If you’d like to join her email us to RSVP!

Special 2 session pass for $40

With an increase in training, you are going to have to take extra time to recover (fast!). Active Remedy Club (ARC) has graciously offered a special discount on a 2 session pass for Lotus members to help in recovery this month.

To purchase the special 2 session pass for $40, please head over to ARC in person so that they can verify a current membership. To do this, all you have to do is have your Pushpress Members app ready and tap on ‘membership’ to show your active Gold, Silver or 10 pass class at the front desk.
