  • I haven’t been active in years, and I’d like to get personal attention to gain some fitness, and learn basic techniques before joining the Fundamentals group classes. We’ll help you develop some base fitness and learn all the basic movements so you’ll join our group classes prepared both physically and mentally.
  • I want to level up my Muay Thai. With one-on-one attention, your Muay Thai technique will improve at a significantly faster rate than just doing group classes alone.
  • I can’t come to classes during regularly scheduled hours, but I really want to train with your coaches.

Bring a friend! We allow up to two adults to train together during a single Personal Training session.

Please note: Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to the start of your lesson, or you will be charged the full amount.
