Muay Thai Beginner Jab Cross

MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS

Muay Thai Fundamentals is perfect for those who are new (including no experience) in Muay Thai, but its also useful if you already have been practicing for a while but want to focus on learning the technical details of the art.

Week after week, we’ll cycle through all the Fundamentals of Muay Thai – stance, footwork, weight-shifting, punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, and teach you how to hold pads correctly.

This will let you develop the skills you need to join us in our Mixed Levels and Sparring programs over time.

MUAY THAI MIXED LEVELS

This class is designed to be accessible to all our students. We will work on curriculum found in our Intermediate+ classes, but at a pace that is accessible to our newer students.
This class is suitable if you have been a student of Fundamentals classes for about a month, or approximately 10 classes, but we recommend against making this your first class if you are completely new to Muay Thai.
If you can only attend Mixed Levels classes due to the schedule, and you are completely new, contact our office to discuss and we’ll see what we can do for you.

Muay Thai Swing Roundhouse Kick

MUAY THAI INTERMEDIATE+

For our Intermediate and higher students, this class is a traditional 90 minute Muay Thai class consisting of a dynamic warmup and functional fitness component, and partner padwork.

A high level of physical fitness is needed as the intensity is pretty high, and competency in footwork, all the basic strikes, and pad holding is essential. This class is not beginner friendly!

Lotus students will have to have passed an assessment to ensure they’re a good fit for this program. Experienced students joining us from other facilities – ask the front desk about getting a skills assessment to join these classes.
