Reservations, Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals

  • All Members are strongly encouraged to reserve their training sessions online in advance through our web site or the Mindbody app
  • Cancellations must be done 6 hours prior to the start of a class to avoid the potential for a late cancellation penalty

    • Class Pass Members – Forfeit their class pass

  • If a class is fully booked, pre-reserved members are given first priority. Wait-listed and walk-in members must wait till 5 minutes after the class starts. At that time, if any pre-reserved members have not arrived, the Member Experience Coordinator has the right to give up those pre-served spaces to those members who are in wait, in the sequence of their arrival.
  • First Time Visitors are given instructions to arrive 30 minutes before the start of their first class to check in, receive a tour of the facility, and for those new or novices to Muay Thai, receive a 1-on-1 orientation on handwrapping and the basic Muay Thai stance and strikes.
