Participants who pay and book a class spot, but are not verifiable as MTO Recreational Members for the current year (2020) will not be permitted to participate or train, and will not be given a refund.

STEP THREE: VERIFY BILLING INFORMATION IS ACCURATE

Once logged in, click on the “My Info / Profile” section and verify your credit card on file is accurate (and not expired, etc.)

STEP FOUR: REACTIVATING ON-HOLD MEMBERSHIPS / CLASS PASSES

If you had an active Gold, Silver, or Pre-Paid 3, 6, or 12 Month membership on March 16th, 2020, we will reactivate your membership, calculating the pro-rated amount balance to the date, and resetting your Autopay payment schedule moving forward. If you purchased Gift Cards during our mandated closure, on the form, you may direct us to apply that credit against future monthly billing cycles.

As this is a manual process, please be patient and allow 48 hours for us to process your request!

Please note, for members whose Gold or Silver memberships were cancelled/not in effect on or prior to March 16, 2020, we regret that at this time we are not selling these memberships (please purchase class passes or single class drop-ins)

Class Pass Members, Drop-In Members

If you had a balance of class passes (10, 20, 30 pack, etc.), those passes are still in your account and can be used immediately.

In the event your class passes expired during our closure, please email info@lotusfitness.ca and we will add four months to the expiration date of those passes.

If you were an a-la-carte member (purchased single classes one at a time per visit), single classes and 10 class packages are available immediately for online purchase.

STEP FIVE: READ UP ON CHANGES TO SCHEDULE / MEMBERSHIPS / PRICING

Due to the significant restrictions to class capacity, and increased service delivery costs associated with new health and safety requirements, classes are now segmented as either “Prime Time” or “Non-Prime Time”

Pre-existing Gold Members or Pre-Paid 3, 6, or 12 Month Members with active memberships on March 16, 2020 will have their pricing grandfathered, but class attendance per month will be limited to 10 Prime Time Classes, and 20 Non-Prime Time Classes. Unused classes do not carry forward.

Pre-existing Silver Members with active memberships on March 16, 2020 will have their pricing grandfathered, but class attendance per month will be limited to 5 Prime Time Classes, and 9 Non-Prime Time Classes. Unused classes do not carry forward.

Class Passes purchased prior to March 16, 2020 can be used for either Prime Time or Non-Prime Time Classes.

Distinct Prime Time and Non-Prime Time Class Passes are now sold following our re-opening.
