Our No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program is designed for those who want to learn effective self-defense, improve their functional fitness, and join a team that pushes them to be better every single day.



No-Gi BJJ

Traditional BJJ uses a heavy cotton uniform (the “Gi”). No-Gi BJJ focuses on grappling without those grips. By using rash guards and shorts, the game becomes faster, more athletic, and highly practical for modern self-defense.

  • Faster Pace: Without the friction of the Gi, the transitions are quicker, making it an incredible cardiovascular workout.

  • Practical Self-Defense: No-Gi relies on natural body mechanics and controls that apply to real-world situations.

  • Functional Strength: You’ll develop “mat strength”—the kind of core stability and endurance that traditional weightlifting can’t replicate.

Walking into a “grappling gym” for the first time can be intimidating. We get it. That’s why we’ve designed our program to be ego-free.

Whether you are a total beginner who has never wrestled a day in your life or an experienced athlete looking for a new home, you’ll find a welcoming environment here. Our instructors focus on safety, technical precision, and mutual respect. You don’t need to be “in shape” to start—the classes will get you there.
